How does billing work?+
Plans are billed monthly in Egyptian Pounds. Your monthly credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account.
What is a credit and how much does each output cost?+
One credit generates one image. A 5-second video clip costs about 8 credits, and a 4K high-resolution export costs 2. Credits are shared across every studio.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Your monthly plan credits are valid within the billing month. Top-up credits you buy separately never expire, so they stay in your balance until you use them.
Can I buy extra credits without upgrading?+
Yes. Top-up packs let you add credits on demand without changing your plan — useful for a busy launch or a large catalog drop.
