Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information SingularityBlend collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the service and never sell your data.
1. Information we collect
We collect the account details you provide through our authentication provider, Clerk — typically your name and email address. We collect the images and prompts you upload to generate content, along with the images and videos we generate for you. We also collect basic usage and device information to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. Payment information
Subscription payments are processed by Paymob. We do not store your full card details on our servers; Paymob handles card data under its own security standards. We retain records of your plan, transactions, and credit balance so we can provide the service and support you.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to authenticate you, run AI generation, deliver and store your outputs, process payments and manage credits, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability and quality of the service.
4. Where your images are stored
Uploaded and generated images are stored on Cloudflare R2, an object-storage service, using access controls that keep your files private to your account. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
5. AI generation and model training
Your uploads are processed by AI models purely to produce your requested outputs. We do not sell your images, and we do not use your private uploads to train foundation models without your consent.
6. Sharing with service providers
We share data only with the providers that make the service work — including Clerk (authentication), Paymob (payments), and Cloudflare R2 (image storage) — and only to the extent needed to operate SingularityBlend. These providers are bound to protect your data. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
7. Data retention
We keep your account data and images for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your stored images and personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records (such as transaction history) to meet legal or accounting obligations.
8. Your rights and account deletion
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings or by emailing privacy@singularityblend.com. Deleting your account removes your uploaded and generated images from storage and revokes access to the service.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the site securely. We do not use them to build advertising profiles across other websites.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to inform you.
