Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of SingularityBlend and the services available at singularityblend.com and app.singularityblend.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
SingularityBlend is an AI product-photography platform. You upload images and prompts, and our AI models generate new images and videos based on them. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We continuously improve our models and features, so outputs and available studios may change over time.
2. Your account
You must create an account to use the service. Authentication is handled by our identity provider, Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use SingularityBlend.
3. Credits, plans and payment
The service runs on a credit system. Each generated image or video consumes credits, and paid plans include a monthly credit allowance. New accounts receive one-time free trial credits on sign-up. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and processed by our payment provider, Paymob. By subscribing you authorize us and Paymob to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Because credits deliver a digital service that is consumed on use, payments and used credits are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error or experienced a genuine service failure, contact billing@singularityblend.com and we will review your case in good faith.
5. Your content and uploads
You retain ownership of the images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process those images solely to operate the service and generate your outputs. You confirm that you have the rights to every image you upload — including any people, logos, or products in it — and that your use does not infringe anyone's rights.
6. Generated content and acceptable use
Subject to your compliance with these terms, generated images and videos are yours to use commercially. You must not use SingularityBlend to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or that impersonates real individuals without consent, nor to infringe intellectual-property rights or generate sexual, hateful, or otherwise prohibited material. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
7. Intellectual property
SingularityBlend, its software, models, branding, and site content are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a right to use the service, not any ownership of the underlying technology.
8. Account deletion and suspension
You may delete your account at any time, which removes your stored images and personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SingularityBlend is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
